Evidence Based Birth® is a continuing education provider for the Kentucky Board of Nursing # 7-0081.
Check with your state board of nursing and/or your credentialing bodies to determine their acceptance of contact hours.
Refund policy: Evidence Based Birth® Class and Workshop purchases via Pro Nurse Coach are non-refundable. Class and Workshop purchases may be transferrable to a future date if notice is provided at least three weeks before the originally scheduled class. Transfer of funds to a future class/workshop is not automatic, and must be approved by Pro Nurse Coach. Pro Nurse Coach makes no guarantee of availability of future classes/workshops or availability of registration within them.
